The Owners:

Before they exchanged wedding vows, Julian Yollin and Summer Allen were bound by a deep love for each other, a shared passion for good food, and a love for entertaining.

​

Their foods have been featured on major network television shows on HBO, Disney Channel, and FX, as well as enjoyed at some of the most unique events in Los Angeles, from chic rooftop dinners to immersive, themed pop-ups that serve inventive, beautifully crafted dishes.

Julian began his culinary career after studying at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Los Angeles. He spent years perfecting his craft in kitchens, from LA’s most popular food trucks like Mandoline Grill and Yeastie Boys, to high-end restaurants like Hatfield’s, Dominick’s, and Little Doms. Julian draws inspiration from his Italian heritage, infusing every dish with the rich traditions and bold flavors passed down through generations of his family’s kitchen.

Summer has been baking since she was a child and has baked thousands of pies, cookies, and cupcakes for local events, pop-ups and farmer’s markets. She created and ran the popular blog “Design is Mine” where she gained notoriety for her unique taste in design and curation. She’s been featured in Elle Italia, The Guardian UK, Vanity Fair, and Teen Vogue. She also created the food blog “Bread and Honey” where she highlighted her own recipes and those of her big Italian family.

Together, Julian and Summer are driven by the desire to launch each venture focused on bringing people together, whether it’s their meatball pop-up, their vibrant, personalized catering service, or their cocktail/mocktail/coffee pop-up with distinctive pairings. Their goal is to create memorable culinary experiences that cater to every palate.
